Asst. Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review P&L during the month end and accordingly preparing Journals for accruals, prepayments, accrued income, deferred income, cost transfers and revenue reclass.
- Review & analyze information from ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Managing cost centers, proper month end closure & General ledger analysis and reporting deviations/variances
Required Candidate profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience with good accounting knowledge
- Should have experience in FP&A (budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis)
Assistant Manager - Deal Pricing / Bid Modeler
Roles and Responsibilities
- Full production of a financial model or business case (full P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, financial projections & supporting info & analysis) that incorporates all financial and commercial decisions / assumptions of the bid
- Data analysis and presentation
- Model risk assessment
Required Candidate profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
- Should have atleast 2 years post qualification experience in Deal Pricing
- Must have experience in developing and working with Pricing models and financial models
Assistant Manager / Financial Controller / Management Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse information from the general ledger and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and take corrective action, as appropriate
- Adhere to deadlines at all times.
- Prepare Balance Sheet analysis, review P&L and perform necessary adjustments
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Should be a Qualified CA with atleast 3 years of post qualification experience
- Should have experience working with onshore stakeholders
WFM - Capacity Planner
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze the Productivity and Workforce Capacity to support management reviews, decision making and/or mitigating actions required for ensuring SLA commitments and Financial Plans are met.
- Derive Long term & short term Forecasting using forecasting mechanism in scientific way with available data
- Understand Analyze workload to workforce ratios to assist the management team with Financial Planning
Desire Candidate
- 3 years of WFM experience with minimum 1.5 years as a Planner with direct exposure to America & EMEA clients.
- Should have sound knowledge in E-lang based planning models
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to drive planning & meet all the business objectives.
Manager / Sr. Manager WFM
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 Workflow Managers and 35-45 Workflow Analysts; responsible for the overall direction and performance of the teams
- Play a critical role in building management depth by providing guidance and mentorship to all levels of leadership within the organizational unit
- Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments
Desired Candidate
- Graduate degree in a relevant field required. A Master’s Degree in Management is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of statistical concepts and their application to operations along with expertise in the use of technical/statistical tools to drive quality and process improvement is strongly preferred
